Vietnam takes over Chairmanship from Thailand - 1 January 2008 At the 4th Annual Conference in Thailand the current Chairman, Mr Tanisorn Timtiang passed the Chairmanship to Mr Nguyen Nhan Bao of Hanoi Vietnam in the traditional ASNAF ceremony. Mr Mohd Raman Shah of Brunei is appointed as the Deputy Chairman. It was witnessed by ASNAF Council Members, delegates and guests. The new term of Vietnam's Chairmanship starts on 1 January 2008. Mr Nguyen Nhan Bao in his acceptance speech, welcomed all delegates to visit Vietnam at the next ASNAF Conference in Hanoi. He mentioned that the next Conference in Vietnam would involve the participation of both ASNAF members and would enable delegates to visit Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. ASNAF Handover Ceremony
