ASNAF has signed a strategic alliance with Integra International, an interactive global network of independent accounting and consultancy firms.

Founded in 1994, Integra is fast growing and now has over 70 offices worldwide covering the four continents of Australia, Europe, North America and South America. With this arrangement, ASNAF members would be able to service their clients who would wish to expand their businesses outside the ASEAN region.

Mr Richard Purcell, Integra Administrator who conducted the due diligence on ASNAF members from 28 August to 3 September 2002 commented that he is happy with the standards of accounting and auditing practiced by the ASNAF members. In fact "all financial statements disclosures exceeded those of Canada and USA." Furthermore with this ASNAF alliance, Integra has expanded its reach with six new firms and 15 new office locations in South-East Asia.

When Mr Atarek Kamil, ASNAF Chairman signed the agreement he was pleased to comment "This new alliance would provide clients of ASNAF members the Integra network which is both reliable and friendly. This is in line with ASNAF objective to continually improve its services to its clients in accordance with international accounting standards and best business practices."
