The first ordinary member, Adisorn & Associates Ltd (AAL) is the Thailand representative. AAL provides a full range of professional services including audit, tax, corporate secretarial, accounting and business consultancy with its more than 30 professional staff. Its senior staff were from one of the Big Four international accounting firms.

In addition to the above professional services, AAL is associated with ATS Legal Counsellors Ltd which provides legal services. ATS is also managed by Tanisorn Timtiang with 2 other partners.
