GoldSAC Corporate Advisory Services is a corporate consulting company that is based in Shanghai. GoldSAC aims to provide a comprehensive business services to foreign enterprises in China. With our diversified services, clients can concentrate their efforts on business development.

GoldSAC is a Sino-Hong Kong joint venture with its parent company – Shanghai International Trade and Services Ltd – a state-owned enterprise that is owned by the Shanghai Municipal Government and the Shanghai Foreign Economic Relation and Trade (MOFTEC). GoldSAC and its strategic affiliate (Shanghai ZhongHui CPA Ltd) have three offices in Shanghai with over 140 staff members to provide audit and assurance services.

In addition to a branch office in Hong Kong, GoldSAC shall be opening another branch in Guangzhou soon.
